*points* OOOOO, I remember doing an art project like that...well, it was not Ikku...infact, I did not do a human. But! I remember doing crosshatch and not being amused by the whole thing. Well, I was not amused on how I had to do the project...and...um...I'm going to stop now. >_< I do love cross hatch though, it is fun to do.

Great picture! I love the sketchyness of it all. I love sketchy like pictures. ^_^

Very sexeh. I just got done doing (practically) a whole piece in my art class using crosshatching. Its very fun ^^ for me, its alot easier work than shading the whole thing in. Heehee *wanders off*

The true advantage being, in my most humble of opinions, that it's a hell of a lot harder to make a smudgy mess out of something when you crosshatch it vs. using graphite to shade.

I apologize for the poo-ishness if that Arch though... looks like we made it out of cardboard and a red skittle... though perhaps we DID and I can pretend that was intentional... hmmmm....

It's one STYLING cardboard arch. I recreated it in art class yesterday with cardboard and a red smartie, actually, but then the teacher told me to stop fooling around and finish my finger painting....^^;
